Seaside City is a residential development in Casuarina, south of Kingsclif in New South Wales. Seaside City covers a 32 hectare site located between the developments of Salt Village and Casuarina Beach.

SEE Civil undertook the initial earthworks and civil works for the project in 2009 to 2011, before completing further stages in 2016 and 2017. In total the project covers around 150 individual lots for residential and mixed-use.

Scope of Works

Earthworks and civil construction for approximately 150 residential and mixed-use lots
Construction of a detour road and upgrades to existing road infrastructure
Construction of a new sewer pump station below the ground water level
Relocating a 450mm diametre water main
Installation of 1.2 kilometres of sewer reticulation
Construction of around 2 kilometres of concrete footpaths
Construction of all internal roads equating to approximately 1.7 kilometres of roads
Works contained approximately 40,000 cubic metres of contaminated sands which had to be tested and remediated before being incorporated into the design
Construction of stormwater drainage
